We won the ‘Most Whistleblowing Friendly Culture' because we set out a clear route for our employees to raise concerns. Our belief is that formal structures have their limits, it is about creating a culture that promotes our values, and living those values, is the most effective way of ensuring they are maintained. This award is supported by Public Concern at Work, a UK charity that provides free help to prospective whistle-blowers and assists organisations create a culture where it is safe to report wrongdoings.
We were also a runner-up in the Special Award for Corporate Responsibility and are named on the European Best Places to Work.
